Wren Wellness
Gentle, skilled bodywork for the people who keep coming back

Hannah Cole opened Wren Wellness in 2009 after seven years of working in larger clinics and realizing she wanted to build a smaller practice where she actually knew her clients. Eighteen years later, she's still in the same neighborhood, and many of the people who walked in during the first year still come monthly. Hannah's practice centers on prenatal and postpartum massage (where she's done substantial continuing education, including certification through the Day-Star Institute), gentle deep tissue work, and the kind of patient, skilled treatment that helps people with long-standing chronic tension — neck and shoulder issues, low back pain, the kind of tension that doesn't go away in one session but does respond to consistent, careful work over time. She prioritizes long appointments, isn't in a hurry, and welcomes clients who want a long-term provider rather than a one-time fix. New clients welcome.
