Custom Massage
A personalized, full-body massage tailored to your goals. Pressure, focus areas, and techniques are adjusted to support relaxation, recovery, or pain relief.
Targeted Relief
A focused session addressing 1–2 priority areas (e.g., neck & shoulders, low back, or calves). Efficient therapeutic work for acute tightness, post-travel strain, or between full-body sessions.
Deep Tissue
Slower strokes and sustained pressure to address tension patterns, postural strain, and deeper muscle layers. Ideal for chronic tightness and structural relief.
Relax & Unwind
A calming, nervous-system-focused massage emphasizing smooth flow, decompression, and full-body ease. Reduces stress, improves sleep, and restores balance.

Great sports-focused work. I lift heavy several times a week and my hamstrings and glutes take a beating, and Maya goes deep enough to actually make a difference. She also spotted an imbalance in my hips that no one else had mentioned. Docking a star only because it is hard to get a slot that fits around training.

I was nervous about booking a prenatal massage but Maya made the whole thing easy. Side-lying with plenty of bolsters, checked in on comfort throughout, and focused on the low back and hips where I needed it most. I felt genuinely looked after and slept better that night than I had in weeks.

Really solid deep tissue work and a very professional setup. Maya spent time on my upper back and shoulders, which is where all my desk tension collects. Only reason for four stars is I would have liked a little more time on the neck, but she made a note for next time. Will definitely be back.
