Knot Today Bodywork

As a dedicated massage therapist based in Denver, Colorado, I am passionate about helping people feel their best—whether you’re an athlete, a weekend warrior, or simply looking for a moment of relaxation. My approach to massage is rooted in understanding each client’s unique needs, blending therapeutic techniques with a caring touch. I specialize in sports massage, which means I love working with individuals looking to stay active, recover from workouts, or prevent injuries. At the same time, I believe everyone can benefit from regular bodywork to reduce stress and reconnect with themselves. My goal is always to create a welcoming and supportive environment where you can unwind, recharge, and leave feeling better than when you arrived. I look forward to partnering with you on your wellness journey and helping you achieve your goals—whatever they may be. When I’m not in the studio, you’ll find me exploring Colorado’s beautiful outdoors or attending local sports events. I can’t wait to welcome you to my practice and help you discover the power of therapeutic touch.
